Meet Our Tutors

"One Design. Four Artists. One Moment in Time."

Meet the Team

At the creative heart of the event is a unique collaborative embroidery project created especially for this celebration.

Four internationally respected embroidery artists will each design a different element of one commemorative work:

Jenny Adin-Christie · Julie Romero · Alison Cole · Ekta Kaul

Across four days of stitching, guests will rotate between the four tutors, working with each artist in turn and completing a different part of the overall design.

Each artist brings a distinctive creative language, specialist technique and individual approach to embroidery. Individually, the four elements will reflect the character and expertise of their designers. Together, they will form one complete and harmonious work celebrating Au Ver à Soie.

This is a collaboration created specifically for this event. It will happen only once.
